consist of removal of all of the interior walls, the bathroom and the shower, with installation of a <br />dropped ceiling, extension of the heat ducts and rewire to the extent necessary. It also includes <br />new carpeting, patch of the walls as necessary, and relocating the sprinkler heads. This work <br />would allow for modular furnishings to be purchased for five positions which include the City <br />Engineer, Zoning Administrator, Community Development Coordinator, and two additional <br />offices. A small meeting space would result from the existing engineering office and either <br />conference or storage space within at least half of the existing community development area. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to recommend <br />Council adopt the resolution authorizing a change order within the contract with Sharp Associates <br />to complete remodeling of the existing police off'me space. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Beyer, Beahen and <br />Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE INPUT <br /> <br />1) Tax Increment Bond <br /> <br />Ms. Hart stated that she received a fax from Bob Thistle about selling a Tax Increment Bond at a <br />$29,000 savings.
