¢-I$ <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-07-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO ANOKA COUNTY FOR THE <br />CONSTRUCTION OF CR 116 FROM CR 56 TO CR 83 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has entered into a joint powers agreement with Anoka <br />County on August 11, 1998 for the construction of an extension of CR 116 from CR 56 to CR <br />83; and <br /> WHEREAS, said joint powers agreement specified the City to be responsible for the <br />actual cost of right-of-way, the bituminous path, hydrant and valve relocation, and wetland <br />mitigation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the project is complete and the final costs have now been determined; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City share has been documented to be $85,883.20; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has previously made a payment to the County on September 15, <br />1999 in the amount of $73,732.35; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) Final payment be authorized in the amount of $12,150.85; and <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />The total amount of this payment is not included in resolution approving bills for the date <br />of July 8, 2003. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Finance Department will be provided with a signed copy of the <br />Resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-07-XXX <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
