ORDINANCE #03- <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOK~ COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN DEDICATED DRAINAGE AND UTILITY <br />EASEMENTS IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City <br />of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> <br />The following described dedicated drainage and utility easement is hereby vacated, to-wit: <br /> <br /> The southerly 5.00 feet of thc westerly 200.00 feet of Lot 1, Block 1, Riverview <br /> Bowl, Anoka County, Minnesota, except the westerly 10.00 feet thereof and the <br /> easterly 5.00 feet thereof. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
