9.02 Definitions <br /> <br /> Intent. The following words and terms, wherever they occur in this <br />Chapter, shall be construed as herein defined. Words not defined shall be interpreted in <br />accordance with definitions in any standard dictionary. <br /> <br /> Abutting - Making contact with or separated only by public thoroughfare, <br />railroad, public utility right-of-way or navigable waters. <br /> <br /> Accessory u,.n,~:~ Structure - Any subordinate building located on the <br />same lot as the principal building and the use of which is incidental to that of the <br />principal building or use of the premises. <br /> <br /> Accessory Farm Building - An accessory building used to shelter farm <br />animals (excluding household pets). <br /> <br /> Accessory Use - a use naturally and normally incidental to, subordinate <br />to, and auxiliary to the principal permitted use of the premises. <br /> <br /> Adult Uses - Adult uses include adult bookstores, adult motion picture <br />theaters, adult motion picture rental, adult mini-motion picture theaters, adult massage <br />parlors, adult steam room/bathhouse/sauna facilities, adult companionship <br />establishments, adult rap/conversation parlors, adult health/sport clubs, adult cabarets, <br />adult novelty businesses, adult motion picture arcades, adult modeling studios, adult <br />hotels/motels, adult body painting studios, and other premises, enterprises, <br />establishments, businesses or ~laces open to some or all members of the public, at or in <br />which there is an emphasis on the presentation, display, depiction or description of <br />"specified sexual activities" or "specified anatomical areas" which are capable of being <br />seen by members of the public. <br /> <br />a. Specified Anatomical Areas <br /> <br />Less than completely and opaquely covered human genitals, <br />pubic region, buttock, anus, or female breast(s) below a point <br />immediately above the top of the areola; and <br /> <br />Human male genitals in a discernibly turgid state, even if <br />completely and opaquely covered. <br /> <br />b. Specified Sexual Activities <br /> <br />Actual or simulated sexual intercourse, oral copulation, anal <br />intercourse, oral-anal copulation, bestiality, 'direct physical <br />stimulation of unclothed genitals, flagellation or torture in the <br />context of a sexual relationship, or the use of excretory <br />functions in the context of a sexually relationship, and any of <br /> <br />9.02 - Definitions 9-4 Jan.
