Lot of Record - Any lot .which individually, or as part of a subdivision, <br />was a separate parcel of record on April 28, 1972. <br /> <br /> Lot, Depth of- A mean horizontal distance between the front and rear lot <br />lines measured in the mean direction of the side lot lines. <br /> <br /> Lot, Frontage - The front of a lot shall be, for purposes of complying <br />with this City code, that boundary abutting a public right-of-way having the least width. <br /> <br />Lot, Interior - A lot, other than a comer lot, including through lots. <br /> <br /> Lot, Line - A property boundary line of any lot held in single or separate <br />ownership; except that where any portion of the lot extends into the abutting street or <br />alley, the lot line shall be deemed to be the street or alley right-of-way. <br /> <br /> Lot, Minimum Area of - The surface of a lot computed exclusive of any <br />portion of the right-of-way of any public street or thoroughfare for all commercial and <br />industrial lots and all residential lots.
