9.03.1108 Application. Where the conditions imposed by any provisions of this Chapter are <br />either more or less restrictive than comparable conditions imposed by any other regulation, the <br />regulations which impose the higher standard or requirements shall prevail. From and after the <br />effective date of this Chapter, the use of all land and every building or portion of a building <br />erected, altered in height and area, added to, or relocated, and every use within a building or use <br />accessory thereto, in the City shall be in conformity with the provisions of this Chapter. <br /> <br />9.03.1_~20-9 Compliance. No structure shall be located, erected, constructed, reconstructed, <br />moved, altered, converted or enlarged, nor shall any structure or land be used or be designed to <br />be used except and after the lawful issuance of all permits required by this Chapter. <br /> <br />9.03.130 Uses not Provided for Within Zoning Districts. Whenever in any zoning <br />district a use is neither specifically permitted or denied, the use shall be considered prohibited <br />"-~ acc, nditic, nal uze pe.xn,.it i~ ~:~a c ..... ,~ ..... ~ In such case, the Council or the <br />Planning Commission, on their own initiative or upon request, may conduct a study to determine <br />if the use is acceptable and the determination as to conditions and standards relating to <br />development of the use.
