Mr. Zaetch stated that there might be a conflict of interest with Councilmember Elv~g and the <br />Town Center if he intends on doing any of the cabinetwork. He presented an AGL to City staff <br />for them to review on the issue. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec noted that all of the City Council members consult with the City Attorney if there <br />is a conflict of interest concern. <br /> <br />Mr. Zaetch replied that the issue goes to the actual contracting, not the land, so he thought staff <br />should look at it. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman requested that a case pertaining to the sale of land for Industrial <br />purposes be added as Case #16. <br /> <br />Councilmember Pearson requested that the County Law Enforcement issue under Mayor/Council <br />Input be placed at the front of the agenda. <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman recommended that it be addressed as Case A. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman, seconded by Councilmember Kurak, to approve the <br />agenda as amended. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, and Councilmembers Zimmerman, Kurak, Cook, <br />Elvig, and Pearson. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Strommen. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman, seconded by Councilmember Kurak, to approve the <br />following items on the Consent Agenda. <br /> <br /> 1) Receive Report of Pooled Cash Flows Period ended May 31, 2003 <br />2) Receive Building Permits Approved for May 2003 and Year to Date <br />3) Receive Update on Settlement of Mining Violation; 8981 and 8991 - 160th Lane NW <br /> (enclosed) <br />4) Note the Following Committee Meeting Minutes <br /> a) Planning Commission/Regular/May 1, 2003 <br />5) Approve the following License Applications <br /> Vehicle <br /> Chelsea's Auto's Plus, 7665 NW Highway #10, Ramsey, MN 55303 <br /> HVAC <br /> Custom Sheetmetal of Monticello, Inc., 13-5 E Oakwood Drive, Monticello, MN 55362 <br /> Fireworks <br /> Twin Cities Stores - Oasis Markets, 2020 Silver Bell Rd.
