Acceptable plantings shall be determined by the Ci_ty of <br /> Ramsey planting schedule. <br /> <br />ii. <br /> <br />The compliment of trees fulfilling the landscaping <br />requirements shall benot less than 25 percent deciduous <br />and lot less than 25 percent coniferous. No more than 25% <br />of the required plantings sh.all consist of ornamental trees. <br /> <br />Grading. <br /> <br />i. Final slope grades shall not exceed 3.5:1 unless terracing <br /> of retaining walls are approved. <br /> <br />ii. Berming for parking lots and open space areas shall not <br /> exceed 3:1. <br /> <br />Sodding and Ground Cover. All areas not other wise improved <br />in accordance with approved site plans shall be sodded. <br /> <br />Irrigation. <br /> <br />i. All landscaping areas required under this section shall <br /> include underground irrigation systems. <br /> <br />ii.
