Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION 03-07- A RESOLUTION DENYING AN EXTENSION TO THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ISSUED TO SAINT PAUL TERMINALS, INC. FOR A RECYCLING FACILITY, BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # ., AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME. WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey received a letter from Bradley Martinson of Bradley J. Martinson Law Offices, who represents St. Paul Terminals Inc. (Applicant), requesting an additional extension to the conditional use permit issued to St. Paul Terminals, Inc. for a Recycling Facility on the property generally known as 14050 Basalt Street N.W. and legally described as follows: Lot 1 and Lot 2 (except the south 30 feet of Lot 2), Block 4, Gateway North Industrial Park Plat 2, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota (the "Subject Property) WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey Planning Commission reviewed the request for extension of the conditional use permit on June 25, 2003 and recommended City Council deny the request. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1. That the City of Ramsey hereby voids and revokes the conditional use permit issued to St. Paul Terminals on June 26, 2001, as described in Resolution #01-06-241. That the Applicant shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in processing this conditional use permit extension request. Said expenses shall be paid within 15 days of billing by the City. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember ., and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the __ day of July, 2003.
