?.W. CASE: <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF SEWER AND WATER <br /> By: Brian E. Olson, Principal City Engineer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On May 9, 2003, the City of Ramsey received the attached letter requesting that the City <br />of Ramsey prepare a feasibility study for extending urban services to the' areas outlined <br />on the attached map. <br /> <br />The property owners have requested the extension of urban services. Staff will contact <br />Bolten & Menk and determine the cost of preparing such a feasibility study and report on <br />Tuesday night. <br /> <br />The Economic Development Association (EDA) received a draft form of the marketing <br />analysis for the redevelopment of the commercial node near the intersection of 167th <br />Avenue NW and Trunk Highway 47 which indicated a need for municipal sewer and' <br />water.
