Section 4 Summary <br /> <br />The following is the official summary of Ordinance 02-__, which has been approved by the City <br />Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 5.16 entitled Helicopter Landings And Takeoffs shall be added to City Code. Said <br />Section allows for the City to restrict landings and takeoffs of helicopters to heliports licensed by <br />Mn/DOT-Office of Aeronautics.
