However, there <br />needs to be a larger mix of species to ensure diversity and longevity. The city would like to see <br />at least one additional evergreen species included in these plantings. <br /> <br />Other Permits: The developer is responsible for obtaining any permits required from other <br />regulatory agencies. <br /> <br />The City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 24, 2003, at Ramsey Fire Station <br />#2, to review your preliminary plat. A copy of the case cover sheet is enclosed for your <br />information. I suggest that you, or your representative, be present at the meeting to answer any <br />questions that may arise.
