Dear Mayor Gamec& City Council Members:

Regarding the Tiger Meadows Development by Monarch Homes.

We the residents of Autumn Meadows would like you to consider how you will change our quality of life
by connecting Rabbit Street to Nutria Street. We moved to this neighborhood because it was a quiet dead
end area. We certainly do not want to stop the development, but we also don't want a connection to the
Tiger Meadows Development. Most of the current residents would not have purchased their homes if we
had thought that these developments would be connected in this manner.
Please consider that the intersection of Armstrong Boulevard & 167~ Lane is already slightly blind, and by
making a thru street between the developments there will be a considerable increase in the amount of traffic
turning at this intersect/on making it much more dangerous. This will also cause an increase in traffic
along the northern portion of 167th Lane NW, where the curves are so sharp and blind that traffic akeady
commonly leaves the roadway, resulting in an increase in the possibility of injury to pedestrians and
children.

Sincerely,

Resident of Autumn Heights

Kelly Thomas
8433 168'h Lane NW

-264-
