Tiger Meadows <br />Preliminary Plat Review <br />May 30, 2003, revised June 20, 2003 <br />4 of 4 <br /> <br />Park Dedication: The City's 2003 park dedication fee is $1,800 per lot (existing homesteads are <br />exempt). The Park Commission reviewed the sketch plan at their April meeting. The Park and <br />Recreation Commission is recommending that park dedication be satisfied through a cash <br />payment of $19,800 and that $9,000 be allocated to park improvements for Autumn Heights <br />Park. Park dedication fees must be paid prior to the City releasing the mylars for recording. <br /> <br />Trail Fee: The City's _00_~ trail development fee is $475 per lot (existing homesteads are <br />exempt). The plat will be subject to a cash trail fee payment in the amount of $5,225. Trail fees <br />must be paid pr/or to the City releasing the mylars for recording. <br /> <br />The Park and Recreation Commission also recommended that a .trail be constructed along <br />Armstrong Boulevard from Tiger Street to 167t~ Avenue. The portion of the trail constructed <br />outside of the plat will be credited toward the required trail fees. The preliminary plat will need <br />to be revised to include this trail. <br /> <br />Stormwater Management Fee: The City has enacted a Stormwater Management Fee at a rate <br />of $375.00 per lot for the year 2003. This fee must be paid for newly created lots prior to the City <br />releasing the mylars for final plat for recording. The subdivision will be subject to a $4,125 cash <br />payment to satisfy stormwater management fees. <br /> <br />The Ramsey City council will be_ meeting at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, June 24, 2003, at the Ramsey <br />Fire Station #2 located at 15050 Armstrong Boulevard, to consider your request for preliminary <br />plat approval. It is important that you, or your representative, be present to answer any questions <br />that may arise.
