WHEREAS~ on June 5, 2003, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing and <br />approved a var/ance to allow a cul-de-sac 957 feet in length in the Proposed Plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 5, 2003, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing and <br />recommended that the City Council approve the preliminary plat contingent upon compliance <br />with City Staff Review Letter dated May 30, 2003, provide screening for the property located at <br />16919 Tiger Street, and the applicant receiving a variance to cul-de-sac length; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants preliminary plat approval to Tiger Meadows <br />contingent upon compliance with City Staff review letter dated May 30, 2003, revised <br />June 20, 2003. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Coun'cilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duty passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 14th day of January, 2003.' <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />· Mayor <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />-270- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03,06- <br />Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
