CASE # <br /> <br />3.2 PERCENT MALT LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL <br /> By: Jo Thieling, City Clerk <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On June 10, 2003, City Council approved 3.2 percent malt liquor 1/cerise renewals; <br />however, the request for Oasis' renewal was contingent upon staff receiving the <br />paperwork in time.
