Principal City Engineer Otson explained that the City requires a maximum slope of 4/1 and <br />contour of 200 feet. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kurak inquired if the current slope requirements would have addressed what <br />occurred on her property. <br /> <br />Principal City Engineer Olson explained that a 4/1 slope can be quite steep, tie explained that <br />type of issue is difficult to handle on a code basis because ail development is different. <br /> <br />Ramsey Resident stated that there should be some consideration given to fencing requirements <br />around holding ponds. <br /> <br />Principal City Engineer OIson reviewed the maximum slope requirements on ponds.
