Ms. Frolik explained that perhaps the applicant should give some consideration to extending this <br />tree screen along the north property line further to the east so that it is well established by the <br />time the future expansion occurs and their outside storage yard is likewise expanded or extended <br />to the east. <br /> <br />The Board members present agreed that there is some advantage to extending that tree screen at <br />this time, but that it will not be a condition of approval to the site plan. <br /> <br />Mr. Deemer advised that special attention be paid to the lighting plan so that it complies with the <br />Business Park 95 covenants and City Code. <br /> <br />Ms. Frolik noted that the applicants would be reminded that the lighting plan is subject to the <br />approval of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />Mr. Deemer stated that he would suspect that there is a good possibility that there will be cranes <br />operated on the property from time to time and that the applicants should be aware of the Board's <br />concern for safety relative to the crane operation and the electrical transmission lines in the area. <br /> <br />Motion by Mr. Deemer and seconded by Mr. Wagner to approve the site plan for the Saucier <br />facility with a suggestion for extending the tree screen on the north property line to the east and <br />cognizance of safety issues relative to crane operation and area transmission lines and a lighting <br />plan subject to the approval of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
