ho <br /> <br />Accessory Structure HOme Occupations will not be considered for <br />operations relating to internal combustion engines, body shops, <br />machine shops, ammunition manufacturing, motor vehicle repairs <br />or sale, or other objectional uses as determined by the City <br />Council. <br /> <br />Employees are limited to occupants of the principal dwelling on <br />the subject property and employees who do not. reside on the <br />subject property as follows: <br /> <br />3 -4.9 acres (130,680- 1 <br />213,444 square feet) <br />5-6.9 acres (217,800 - 300,564 2 <br />square feet) <br />7-8.9 acres (304,920- 387,684 3 <br />square feet) <br />9 - 10+ acres (392,040 - 4 <br />435,600 square feet) <br /> <br />In the event of pre-existing accessory structures located on a parcel <br />that does not contain a principal dwelling, the employees shall be <br />limited to the owner of the subject property and one (1) full-time <br />equivalent employee who does not reside on the subject property <br />and two. (2) fall-time equivalent employees may be permitted <br />under certain circumstances as approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />Vehicular traffic within the neighborhood shall not generate <br />excessive vehicular traffic to the residential neighborhood. <br /> <br />Outside storage of vehicles and equipment must comply with <br />section 9.11.10 of City Code. <br /> <br />No exterior displays or signs of the extended home' occupation <br />shall be permitted unless specifically address as part of the <br />conditions of the permit. <br /> <br />The operation shall not be granted if the Findings of Fact <br />determine that the proposed home occupation may constitute a fire <br />hazard to neighboring residences, adversely affect neighboring <br />property values, or constitute a nuisance or otherwise be <br />detrimental to the neighbors because of excessive traffic, excessive <br />noise, odors or other circumstances. <br /> <br />June 5, 2003 Planning Commission Draft 3 11 <br /> <br /> <br />
