Development within the Town Center will generally <br />consist of a subdivision and site plan. In these eases~ the applicant will <br />follow the normal subdivision and site plan requirements of the City <br />subject to the submittal requirements contained herein. For <br /> <br />subdivisions~ the review process will include sketch plan review~ <br />preliminary plat~ and final plat. For site plans~ the review process will <br />include a preliminary site plan and final site plan. <br /> <br />a. Sketch Plan Revie~w. <br /> <br />Pre-meeting with City Staff. Prior to making an official <br />subdivision .application to the City for development of a <br />parcel within the Town Center Deve!cpment District, the <br />applicant shall meet with- City Staff to present the proposed <br />development. City staff shall review the development with <br />all relevant ordinances and ensure compatibility with the <br />Town Cneter District intent,_ and ~Mmaster Pplan and <br />Development Guidelines of-for the Town Center. <br /> <br />~.2.b.
