With the final plans, the <br />developer shall submit, for approval by the City, a <br />development schedule for construction of all <br />structures, open space, and recreational facilities. <br /> <br />t~.2. Final Plat and Site Plan Review Process <br /> <br />ii. <br /> <br />Upon approval of the Preliminary Plat and Site <br />Plan, a Final Plat and Site Plan shall be prepared in <br />accordance with the regulations of this Chapter and <br />submit it to the Zoning Administrator 3._9_04-5 days <br />prior to the public hearing. <br /> <br />The Final Plat and Site Plan shall be submitted to <br />the City staff for review and comment, to insure <br />compliance with the Preliminary Plan, Site Plan and <br />other City codes and regulations. <br /> <br />i-i~.The Final Plat and Site Plan shall be submitted to the Town Center Review Board for <br />its review and comment.
