The Town <br />Center District is structured to establish a regulatory framework intended to be <br />administered separate fi.om certain sections of Chapter 9 of the Ramsey City Code. In <br />order to prevent overlapping development regulations, the folloWing sections of Chapter <br />9 are not applicable to the Town Center District: 9.11 Standards, 9.12 Signs and 9.20.01 <br />- 9.20.30 Zoning Districts unless it is determined by the City that provisions from these <br />sections are better suited to address any particular aspect of a development proposal.
