Inspections. There may be one annual inspection each <br />year by the Zoning Administrator of any property covered by a home occupation permit. <br />In addition, the Zoning Administrator and/or his/her designee, shall have the fight at any <br />time, upon reasonable request, to enter and inspect the premises covered by said permit <br />for safety and compliance purposes. <br /> <br /> Subd. 6. Home Occupation Permits. Home Occupation permits <br />granted by this Section shall be temporary in nature and shall be granted to a designated <br />person who resides at a residential address.
