Norman ' <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi Nelson <br />Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br />Associate Planner Megan Wald <br />Principal City Engineer Brian Olson <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />Police Chief James Way <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:10 p.m. and called <br />upon Councilmember Pearson to lead in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated that the Lions Picnic held on June 7th was a good success. He thanked the <br />Ramsey Lions for providing the event. <br /> <br />Erik Zach, 6521 154th Avenue NW, Ramsey, stated that earlier in the work session the Council <br />talked about a planting proposal. He suggested that staff look at the Seattle area Peat Patch <br />Program that has been very successful. He stated that the City might have a problem with the <br />settlement contract for #116 because it is a voluntary contract and suggested that the City <br />Attorney review the information he provided.
