Subd. 4. Conditir, nal UseHome Occupation Permits. Conditional <br />useHome occupation permits granted by this Section shall be temporary in nature and shall be <br />granted to a designated person who resides at a residential address. They are not transferable <br />from person to person or from address to address. <br /> <br />Subd. 5. General Provisions <br /> <br />Should a conditional, usehom.e occupations permit holder die or <br />move to a new location, the existing permit shall be automatically <br />terminated, except that in the case of death, should a surviving <br />spouse or chid, residing at the same address, desire to continue the' <br />home occupation, written notice to that effect shall be given to the <br />Administrator and the Council may authorize continuation of that <br />permit without further hearing. <br /> <br />Conditiona! useHome occupations permits, once granted, may be <br />revoked prior to its original revocation date by the Council for cause <br />after hearing before the Council. Complaints seeking the revocation <br />of such permit shall be filed with the Administrator and may be <br />initiated by the Planning Commission or any three residents of the <br />block (both sides where the home occupation is being conducted). <br />All such revocation hearings shall be conducted in accordance with <br />§9.03.04. Publication and notice requirements shall be the same as <br />for conditional use permit application hearings. <br /> <br />All businesses being conducted at property zoned for residential use <br />cn ~3~e eff~cctive date of *Jais Section shall have thirty (30) days <br />thereafter to apply for a conditional nsehom.e occupation permit. <br /> <br />Persons who were conducting a business '[; ............ <br /> ...... ~L,~v,.~,: zoned <br /> <br />application render ~n n= a,~ but <br /> . . ~ ....... , may continue to conduct such <br />businesses pending final dete~nation of ~eir applicaion. Should <br />the Council deny the petition for conditional use pe~it, all such <br />persons shall i~ediately cede ~ek bus.ess activities ~om such <br />residential premises. <br /> <br />9.11.05 Manufactured Housing. Manufactured houses may be located within <br />residential zoning districts within the City upon compliance with the following conditions and <br />upon compliance with all other conditions of the City Code except those City Code conditions <br />which may be at variance with the following conditions: <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. Manufactured houses shall compiy with all zoning regulations <br />for the zone in which they are located. <br /> <br /> Subd. 2. A building permit and any other required permits shall be obtained for <br />such manufactured housing. <br /> <br /> <br />
