3_:__c. Up to 50% of the parking facilities required for nighttime <br /> uses may be supplied by the off-street parking facilities provided <br /> by daytime uses and vice versa. <br /> <br />d. Conditions required for joint use: the proposed joint <br />parking space is within 500 feet of the use it will serve; the <br />applicant shall show that there is no substantial conflict in the <br />principal operating hours of the two buildings or uses for which <br />joint use of off-street parking facilities is proposed. <br /> <br />A properly drawn legal instrument executed by the parties <br />concerned for joint use of off-street parking facilities shall be filed <br />with the Zoning Administrator, which shall run with the land and <br />be recorded with the COunty Recorder's office. <br /> <br />Subd. 5. Residential Development. <br /> <br />In any Residential District, inside parking of licensed and/or <br />unlicensed motor vehicles and equipment, commercial or private, shall <br />be permitted. <br /> <br />B. In any Residential District, no outside parking of any motor vehicle or <br /> equipment shall be permitted, EXCEPT as follows: <br /> <br /> Currently licensed and operable motor vehicles, and one <br />unlicensed and operable motor vehicle, the primary purpose of <br />which ii for private transportation or recreational use may be <br />parked in the front yard if on a driveway or in the side or rear yard <br />provided they are parked on a residential parking surface that <br />consists of either bituminous pavement or concrete, or outside the <br />boundaries of the Metropolitan Urban Service Area (MUSA) on a <br />minimum of ce, n bitrecycled concrete, bituminous or prepared <br />gravel. <br /> <br />b. Equipment, the primary purpose of which is for private or <br />personal/recreational use, may be parked in the front yard if on a <br />driveway or in the side yard on a residential parking surface of <br />either bituminous pavement or concrete, or outside the boundaries <br />of the MUSA on a minimum of recycled concrete, bituminous, con <br />bit or prepared gravel, or in the rear yard. <br /> <br />c.
