Board Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-07- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DENYING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO THE MINIMUM <br />LOT WIDTH REQUIREMENTS IN THE RURAL DEVELOPING AREA OF THE R-1 <br />RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT AT 17120 TIGER STREET N.W. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Robert Letendre and Theresa Wiebe, hereinafter referred to as "Applicants", <br />have properly applied for a Board of Adjustment variance to the minimum lot width requirement <br />in the R-1 Residential District of the Rural Developing area for in order to subdivide the property <br />generally known as 17120 Tiger Street N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 1, Tranby Terrace 2nd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on June 5, 2003, conducted the public hearing <br />and tabled action for further information; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment reconsidered the request for a variance on July 10, <br />2003. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact # <br />hereby denied. <br /> <br />variance to the minimum lot width requirement is <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br />__, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this <br />the __ day of June, 2003. <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY: <br />By: <br /> <br />21 <br /> <br /> <br />
