Tke City Council adopted the March 2001 Comprehensive Plan on December 18, 2001. The <br />200t Comprehensive Plan identifies this area being designated for Places to Shop and therefore a <br />c~-,:-;¥ ~'ebensive plan amendment will also be required. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />The proposed medium density rezoning would appear to be appropriate for property located at <br />the junction of an MSA collector street and State highway. Therefore Staff is recommending- <br />approval of the rezoning. <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Motion to recommend that the City Council adopt the Findings of Fact relating to a request to <br />rezone the subject property from R-IR. Residential, B-1 Business, and B-2 Business Jo R-3U <br />Multi-Family Residential. <br /> <br />Motion to recommend that City.
