I will <br />put the ordinance copy in your mailbox, but here is the info: <br /> <br />Blaine: <br /> <br />For townhome and aparment buildings, Blaine requires 250 square feet per unit, plus on site <br />sidewalk system with sitting area. The required open space area shall not include setback areas <br />required for parking lots. Active open spaces (i.e. game areas, garden plts, etc.) shall be no less <br />than 50 feet in any direction, unless integrated with primary use areas of the site and having <br />sutitable access to residents. <br /> <br />Coon Rapids: <br /> <br />Quads: $00 sq. ft. per unit <br />Townhomes: 700 sq. ft. per unit <br /> <br />Open space shall be contigious and may include setback areas. Shall be no less than 50 feet in <br />any dimension except for access point. Area shall be landscaped. Area should be suitable as <br />use by residents. Portions of drainage ponds, wetlands, streams may be partially counted to the <br />required open space. (See actual oridinance). Covenenats shall be placed over the open space <br />to preserve it. <br /> <br />Brooklyn Park <br />Townhomes and Apa[i~-~-,ents: 40% of lot shall be open space. The open space cannot be <br />covered by a building or other impervious surface and must be landscaped wtih sod, gards, <br />natural areas, lanscape rock or mulch, trees and shrubs.
