All of the proposed lots meet the one-acre minimum lot size requirement and the 200-foot lot- <br />width requirement established in the Indusudal Disudct. <br /> <br />The site will receive public access from Azurite Street. Thc City is proposing to extend A. zurite <br />Street from Count)' Road #116 to the north to connect to Sumwood Drive. When the Planning <br />Commission previously reviewed the preliminary plat for Sunfish Business Park; Anoka County <br />stated their opposition to the extension of Azurite Street to Count9, Road I 16. Subsequent to the <br />Planning Commission review, Anoka County and the City of Ramsey have worked though the <br />County's initial concerns regarding the extension of Azurite Street to County Road #116.
