CASE #2 <br /> <br />RECEIVE SKETCH PLAN FOR THE PROPOSED RIVENWICK 3m) ADDITION <br /> By: Mark Boos, Parks/Utilities Supervisor <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The purpose of this case is to review a sketch plan for a proposed townhome <br />development consisting of 112 units. The property is south of the Riverdale Drive <br />alignment and north of the existing single family development named Rivenwick 2nd <br />Addition. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />The Planning Commission will review this proposed plat at their July 11th, 2002 meeting. <br />The Park Commission can then make a formal Park Dedication recommendation at the <br />August 8th, 2002 meeting. <br /> <br />As the attached Planning Commission case details, a number of issues will need to be <br />addressed at the time of site plan approval.
