The <br />project is subject to the review and permitting process of the Lower Rum River Watershed <br />Management Organization (WMO). <br /> <br />The Park and Recreation Commission will review the sketch plan for recommendations on park <br />dedication and trail alignment through the development. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff recommends sketch plan approval contingent upon compliance with City Staff Review <br />Letter dated August 20, 2002. <br /> <br />It is .noted that the outcome of all of the reviews may impact the actual number Of townhome <br />units on the subject property.
