It is this <br />development that would provide the impetus and Park Dedication funds for the first <br />phase construction of Ramsey's last of 5, Community Parks. <br /> <br />#11 Elmcrest Creek Trail <br /> <br />$115,000 <br /> <br />This trail development project, like the one above, is projected within the 5-year plan as <br />being funded and built, concurrent with development in the immediate vicinity. <br />The trail would link Elmcrest Park to Central Park and the neighborhoods in between. <br />Storm Water Utility funds are proposed as the ditching project for the upper stretch of <br />'Elmcrest Creek' may also occur in this timeframe. The utility monies may be used to <br />acquire multi use easements, or similar shared benefits between funding sources. <br /> <br /> <br />
