The $25,000 would be added to the parks Depreciation Fund value [estimated here at $30,000]. Other associated amenities would be added to the project, as the budget will allow. # Observation Pier at Porkchop Lake [Wetland 114P] $9,000 # Landscape improvements to Traprock Commons Park $20,000 #Brookview Park Stair Replacement $2,600 $614 dollars of the funding would be from the depreciation of the Fixed Assets from the 1978 installation. Labor may be organized by Twin Cities Tree Trust or similar philanthropic organizations. # Hexagonal multi-use shelter at Fire Station #2 $60,000 2005 gl0 Lake Itasca Park $900,000 It is projected within this document, that by 2005, the properties South of Alpine Drive, both east and West, of Puma Street may be proposed for development. It is this development that would provide the impetus and Park Dedication funds for the first phase construction of Ramsey's last of 5, Community Parks. #11 Elmcrest Creek Trail $115,000 This trail development project, like the one above, is projected within the 5-year plan as being funded and built, concurrent with development in the immediate vicinity. The trail would link Elmcrest Park to Central Park and the neighborhoods in between. Storm Water Utility funds are proposed as the ditching project for the upper stretch of 'Elmcrest Creek' may also occur in this timeframe. The utility monies may be used to acquire multi use easements, or similar shared benefits between funding sources.
