CONTINUATION OF THE PUBLIC HEARING <br />ON FUTURE USE OF TRAPROCK PARK <br /> By: Mark Boos, Parks/Utilities Supervisor <br /> <br />CASE #1 <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />In the September/October issue of the Ramsey Resident an invitation was published <br />inviting residents to attend the September 12th, 2002 Park Commission meeting on the <br />future use of Traprock Commons Park.. This meeting has been continued to the <br />November 14th, 2002 regular Commission meeting consistent with discussion at the <br />September meeting. The Traprock subdivision's residents were specifically invited to the <br />November meeting. That letter is attached for your information. <br /> <br />The Commission should also note that residents in the area are also working With the <br />CiO, on tree disease control issues in their neighborhood. Traprock Commons was <br />discussed as a materiel-handling site. The tree issue is mentioned as background in the <br />event the topic comes up at the meeting. <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Receive publi.c comment and relate it to the Five-Year Parks Capital Improvement Plan <br />during the next case as necessary. <br /> <br />P&R: 11/14/02 <br /> <br /> <br />
