CASE 4/4 <br /> <br />RECOMMEND PARK DEDICATION FOR SANDY ACRES <br />A MINOR SUBDIVISION <br /> By: Mark Boos, Parks/Utilities Supervisor <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The purpose of this case is to recommend Park Dedication and Trail Fees for a proposed <br />lot east of Co. Rd. 56 and south of 153rd Avenue. Attached for your information is a site <br />location map and the sketch plan as part of the Planning Commissions case.
