PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF tL4JVlSEY <br />ANOIC4~ COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The P, amsey Planning Commission conducted a reg21ar meeting on Thursday, October 3, 2002, <br />at the Ramsey Fire Station #2, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW, Ramsey, MJrmesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Chairperson Michael NLxt <br />Commissioner Robert Johnson <br />Commissioner Bill Kociscak <br />Commissioner Michael Reeve <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br /> Commissioner Ralph Brauer <br />· Commissioner Eric Watson <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Communi~ Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Ni.'ct called the regular meeting to order at 7:12 p.m. and advised that the Planning <br />Commission will be considering a truncated agenda since one member will 'be leaving the <br />meeting at 8:00 p.m. At that point, a quorum will no longer be present. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Nix-t, seconded by Commissioner Johnson, to approve the agenda as <br />presented. <br /> <br />Motion Carded. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Johnson, Kociscak, and Reeve. <br />Voting No: None.
