CASE 4/6 <br /> <br />RECOMMEND PARK DEDICATION RATES AND TRAIL FEES FOR 2003 <br /> By: Mark Boos, Parks/Utilities Supervisor <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As the Commission is aware, each year City Council adopts rates and charges for the year ahead, <br />Which includes cash Park Dedication and Trail Fees. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />Attached is the staff proposed rates for the various charges and services for 2003. Also enclosed <br />are a similar rate and fee schedule for this past year for Andover. On Tuesday, November 12, <br />2002 the City Council is expected to adopt the attached. Staff proposed charges to the rates and <br />charges schedule. ShOuld the Commi'ssion desire changes other than those proposed, City <br />Council will receive them for amendment for consideration. Staff will review the differences <br />proposed for 2003 versus 2002 at the meeting.
