Green and Bear Parks equal to a cash value of $124,500.00. The parking improvements include <br />grading and turfing the expansion to Woodland Green Park, installing a play structure and parking <br />lot in Woodland Green Park, providing 6 inch water service to Woodland Green and Bear Parks, <br />and sewer service to Woodland Green Park. Remaining park dedication funds will be considered <br />for additional miscellaneous improvements at Woodland Green and Bear Parks. <br /> <br />The development agreement for this first phase also addresses the trail plan for the entire 74 acres. <br />Sidewalks will be constructed on one side of all non cul-de-sac streets. Trail connections are <br />proposed to and through Bear Park to the east all the way to Roanoke Street, through the unamed <br />park lot to the north to 156th Lane, and along the north side of Alpine Drive from Hwy. #47 to <br />Roanoke Street. The exact alignment of the trail from the east terminus of 1'55th Lane, through.
