6. Finished floor elevations of all bUildings; <br /> <br />Identify soils by type and location, including identification of <br />the water table, and suitability of soil for the proposed <br />development; and <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Identify any areas located in a flood hazard zone as identified <br />by the Department of Natural Resources. <br /> <br />Topographic Map. The topographic map shall be drawn at a scale <br />of one inch equals 100 feet and shall contain the following <br />information: <br /> <br />1. Two foot contour intervals; <br /> <br />Indicate water courses, rock outcroppings, and other significant <br />land features; and <br /> <br />3. Use U.S. Geological Service datum for mapping. <br /> <br />eo <br /> <br />Floor Plans and Elevations. All floor plans and elevations shall be <br />drawn to a legible scale and include the'following information: <br /> <br />Floor plans indicating square footage and dimensions of all <br />proposed rooms and areas within the structures; and <br /> <br />Elevations of the proposed building(s), identifying exterior <br />treatment, materials to be used, and paint color. <br /> <br />Preliminary Plat. If a SubdiviSion is required, the preliminary plat <br />shall be prepared in accordance with the Ramsey City Code, §9.03. <br /> <br />Subd. 19.11_..~. Requirements for Final Plan <br /> <br />a. Final Site Plan. The final site plan shall be prepared at a scale of <br /> one inch equals 50 feet, 100 feet or 200 feet, and shall contain the <br /> following information: <br /> <br />1. Location of proposed structures; <br /> <br />2. Location of proposed driveways and parking areas (all <br /> driveways and parking must have curbing); <br /> <br />3.
