The approval of a Preliminary Development Plan and a Final <br /> Development Plan of a Planned Unit Development shall require an aff'amative <br /> vote of two-thirds (2/3) of the City Council. <br /> <br />Subd 11. Preliminary Development Plan. <br /> <br />1. The Preliminary Plan of a Planned Unit Development shall include the following <br /> information: <br /> <br /> a. All information required in the Subdivision Code for a Preliminary Plat. <br /> <br /> b. A general development plan indicating: <br /> <br /> 1. The proposed site and existing development and adjacent <br /> properties. <br /> <br /> 2. The proposed use of all areas of the site. <br /> <br /> 3. The proposed density, type, size and location of all dwelling <br /> units. <br /> <br /> 4. The general size, location and use of proposed business, <br /> industrial or institutional buildings. <br /> <br /> 5. Public streets, entrance and exit drives, walkway locations. <br /> <br /> 6. Parking areas and stall arrangement. <br /> <br /> 7. Landscaping. <br /> <br /> 8. Park and open space lands. <br /> <br /> 9. Dimensions. <br /> <br /> 10. Proposed drainage and utility systems. <br /> <br /> c. A summary sheet indicating: <br /> <br /> 1. Area of land in each use or each separate intensity of use. <br /> <br /> 2. Number of residential dwelling units proposed in each area. <br /> <br /> 3. Number of acres of common open space. <br /> <br /> 4. Modifications of any provisions of the City zoning code. <br /> <br /> d.
