FvV, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmember Susan E. Anderson <br />Councilmember Terry Hendriksen <br />Councilmember Patti Kurak <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator James E. Norman <br />Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br />Director of Public Works/Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />City Engineer Brian Olson <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />Police Chief David Gustafson <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:05 p.m. and called <br />upon Councilmember Anderson to lead i_n the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />Recognition of Little Miss Minnesota <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec introduced Alicia, Little Miss Minnesota, who is a resident of Ramsey and will be <br />representing Minnesota at the Little Miss American pageant in Disney World. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Richard Kmeger, Ramsey, inquired as to why public input is not taken during the <br />Comprehensive Plan work sessions. He felt that the questions the residents have about the plan <br />should be put out in the open. <br /> <br />Brad Thomd, 14821 Kamacite Street NW, Ramsey, presented a petition to the Council for Case <br />#3. <br /> <br />City, Council/August-28, 2001 <br /> Page 3 ot'36 <br /> <br /> <br />
