Motion by Councilmember Kurak, seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman, to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Kurak, Zimmerman, Anderson, <br />and Hendriksen. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />The punic hearing closed at 7:28 p.m. <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular City Council meeting back to order at 7:28 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman, seconded by Councilmember Kurak, to approve an on- <br />sale and Sunday intoxicating liquor license application for K.BFC, Inc., d/b/a Spectators. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gm-nec, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Kurak, Anderson, <br />and Hendriksen. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #1 a: <br /> <br />Issue On-Sale and Sunday Intoxicating Liquor License to Ramsey JR <br />Partners II, Inc. (JR's Saloon) <br /> <br />Poi/ce Chief Gustafson stated that on July 24, 2001, the City Council approved the on-sale and <br />Sunday intoxicating liquor license for JR's Saloon, case of JR. Partners IX, Inc. The issuance of <br />the license was contingent upon the applicant(s) proper completion of the license application as <br />determined by the Police Chief and the City Attorney, which included receipt of a tax statement <br />and financial disclosure for the new list of officers. Staff has received the amended application, <br />which was reviexved by the Police Chief and the City Attorney. Both the Chief and the City <br />Attorney found the application to be complete and the license that was granted on July 24, 2001 <br />is permitted to be issued. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Kurak, seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman, to issue an on-sale <br />and Sunday intoxicating liquor license to Ramsey JR Partners II, Inc. d/b/a JR's Saloon. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Kurak, Zimmerman, Anderson, <br />and Hendriksen. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #2: <br /> <br />Request for Preliminary PRat Approval of Centex Addition; Case of Centex <br />Homes <br /> <br />Community Development Director Frolik stated that Centex Homes has submitted a preliminary <br />plat for the subdivision of property generally located north of Alpine Drive N.W. (153~a Avenue <br />N.W.) and east ofT.Fi. ,047. The property is approximately 74 acres in size and the preliminary <br /> <br />a~22- <br /> <br />City Council/August 28, 2001 <br /> Page 9 of 36 <br /> <br /> <br />
