Chairperson Cook recessed the regular Park and Recreation Commission at 6:27 p.m. to go into a <br />work session to take public comment regarding Elmcrest Park. <br /> <br />Chairperson Cook called tile regular Park and Recreation Commission back to order at 8:20 p.m. <br /> <br />The Commission discussed the make-up of tile Committee. Consensus of the Commission was <br />to allow all interested residents to attend the first Committee meeting and from there the number <br />of residents could be reduced if necessary. It was also a consensus to appoint Michael Rolfe as <br />Chair of the Committee and Jill Johns as Vice-Chair, and have representation from RYAA and a <br />member of the Police Department be part of the Committee. The first Committee meeting was <br />scheduled for January 25, 2001 at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />COMMISSION/STAFF INPUT <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Ostrum, seconded by Commissioner Droegemueller, to adjourn the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chair Cook, Commissioners Ostrum, Droegemueller Johns, and <br />Rolfe.
