Our company's intent/on is to construct a'mix residential <br />neighborhood that would provide expanded ho, using choices to <br />citizens of Rm~sey. <br /> <br />We will be processing applications for a Planned Unit <br />Development, Rezoning, Preliminary and Final Plat, and Site <br />Plan approvals. It is our development objective to prepare <br />plaaas that conform to the City's Comprehensive Plan and the <br />development regulations. 'Land use compatibility with adjacent <br />properties and sensible site'planning principles wilI be the <br />fotmdation of this new neighborhood. The review and <br />comments by the Planning Commission will be a2~ important <br />element to the pkm design process. <br /> <br />Our Concept Plan has four key land use elements. They are; <br />Open space and trail ways, senior housing, townhouses, and <br />standard single family homes. The following is a bt/el <br />description of each element of the plan. <br /> <br />OPEN SPACE AND TRAIL WAYS <br />The City of Ramsey has made a public investment in the <br />existing trail system through and around the subject property <br />and nearby parks.
