The 60 acre River's Bend Park is in the southeast comer of <br />Ramsey. <br /> <br />PROJECT <br />Start Date <br /> <br />PROJECT JUSTIFICATION <br /> <br />Irr/gation for the soccer fields and softball field at the park has been part of the five-year Park's CIP for many years. <br />:With the exception of special events such as the Community Picnic and Ramsey. Youth Athletic Association <br />programming at Central Park, River's Bend Park probably receives more day-to-day activity than any park in <br />Ramsey's system. It is expected that the athletic fields will always be needed as part of the Athletic Association's <br />programming. Irrigated turf is necessary in order to withstand the traffic generated by soccer activity, in addition <br />to providing for an injury resistant playing surface. <br /> <br />Summary of Total Project Costs: <br /> <br />A.
