CASE #: 4 <br /> <br />CONSIDER RESCHEDULING ELMCREST PARK CONCEPT PLAN STEERING <br /> COMMITTEE FOR MAY 17, 2001 <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As the Commission may recall, a Committee meeting was tentatively scheduled to proceed the <br />regular scheduled Park and Recreation Commission meeting of May 10, 2001 with Commission <br />approval later that evening. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />Elmcrests base data has been entered on the City's new Auto Cad system. Because there may be a <br />few 'hours of work required for the regular business on May 10th'and additional time should be put <br />into the Concept Plan map, staff is recommending rescheduling a Committee/Commission meeting on <br />May 17, 2001. This would allow for both groups to discuss the plan at the same time, with a formal <br />recommendation by the Park and Recreation Commission the same night.
