CASE #3 <br /> <br />RESCHEDULE THE SEPTEMBER 13, 2001 REGULAR MEETING <br /> By: Mark Boos, ParksFLltilities Supervisor <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The regular scheduled date for the September Park and Recreation Commission meeting would <br />be September 13,2001. However, the City will be conducting a 'Smart Growth' workshop at the <br />Connexus Energy facility between 6:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. All Commissioners will be invited to <br />attend. The purpose of the workshop is to initiate the process for the Smart Growth <br />Opportunities Site. <br /> <br />The above date was one of the few available for the facilitator of the Smart Growth Workshop so <br />staff is requesting the Commission select another date for its regular September meeting. <br /> <br />Commission Aetion: <br /> <br />Motion to select date and time to reschedule the regular September Park and Recreation <br />Commission meeting to. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br /> <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor <br /> <br />P&R: 08/09/01 <br /> <br /> <br />
