Absent: Commissioners Olds and Rolfe. <br /> <br />Case #4: Approve Elmcrest Park's Concept Plan <br /> <br />Chairperson Cook reviewed the process of the resident Steering Committee, including the Joint <br />Committee and Commission workshop meeting of June 6, 2001, where the Committee <br />recommended adoption of the Park plan. <br /> <br />Motion by commissioner Droegemueller and seconded by Commissioner Johns to recommend <br />City Council approval of the first phase of Elmcrest Park and authorize staff to advertise for bids <br />gading. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: .Chairperson Cook, Commissioners Droegemueller, Johns and <br />LaMere. Voting No: None. Abstaining: Commissioner Ostrum (because hew as not present for <br />the Committee meeting).
