The public heating was conducted in an open house format where citizens <br />were able to go from area to area to discuss with City staff the various components of <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />The following item is enclosed: <br /> <br />Writ-ten responses received in regard to proposed March 2001 Dra_,~ ComprehenSive Plan <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />Approximately 60 people participated in the open house public hearing. Staff received several <br />written responses prior to the public hearing and several more at the public heating. In addition, <br />staff received a few more written comments after the public hearing on June 21.
