Bumness.. homing,, ecL? <br /> · Is this study contingent upon a certain part of the carrent compre~benmve plan? <br /> · What specific fa~tor~ are taken into consideration during the study to determine the <br /> appropriate Ievel ot development? <br /> · Because this area is already developed, I would like tO understand what changes are or would <br /> be considered? For example, will parlc~ or n-ails be. lost? Will streets be changed? If one of the <br /> guiding principles is to preserve natural resource, why is this area being looked at? <br /> <br />Is there a "phase" showing the implementation of the plan? (The order in which this plan will occur?) <br />What will come lirst? <br /> <br />3.)
